Delete Account

You can delete your account yourself, inside the app:

1. Open the Me tab.
2. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
3. Read what gets deleted, then tap Continue.
4. Type the confirmation word the app shows you (in English it is “DELETE”), then tap Delete Account.

Deleting your account removes it permanently. This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore anything afterwards.

What gets deleted

• Your account itself — your email address, display name, password, and any Apple or Google sign-in linked to it. You will not be able to sign in again.
• Every trip you have saved: titles, dates, destinations, day-by-day plans, the places on them and any notes you wrote.
• Every place you saved on the map, with its name, address and location, and every list you made of them, with its name.
• Every hangout you saved: its stops, their times and the travel between them.
• Our record of your subscription status and the purchase events we received for your account, and the app's own record of each time the subscription screen was shown to you and whether you then started a free trial or bought a plan, and which test group your account was placed in if we were comparing two versions of the app.
• The technical usage counters we keep against your account to prevent abuse, and the usage record of what you did in the app while signed in. Daily totals, which hold only counts and no account, are kept.

About your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription and does not refund it. Apple manages that billing, not us, so it keeps renewing until you cancel it with Apple.

Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will delete the account and the data listed above for you. support@jiolatravel.com
